Luxurious Rundle Cliffs Lodge in Spring Creek

Door codes and information about which unit we were booked into was not available on or prior to arrival. There is no check in desk so had to contact Booking.com to obtain relevant info re codes and unit number which took considerable time. Received an email from the owners with the relevant information only after we had already been staying in the unit for 2 days.

The property was very clean and comfortable with great thought given to all the minor details which mean a lot. The location was excellent Spring Creek is a fantastic area. The owner Kevin was so easy to deal with and very informative. The Banff pass he left us to use we used extensively and I thank him for that.

We loved the luxurious apartment which was exactly as described. The views of the Three Sisters mountains from the living room and bedrooms were amazing. The complex was quiet and only a few minutes walk from the center of Canmore. The apartment was very well equipped with top quality appliances and comfortable furnishings. Our two bed apartment was ideal for our family of four. Parking was available in a secure underground car park. Wifi service was very good and there was plenty of tourist information and maps available in the apartment. Our hosts were available to answer any questions by email and even gave us their Parks pass which was a lovely gesture. Canmore is an ideal base for visiting Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper National Park and the Icefields.

Closer parking for a second vehicle would have been a bonus, but everything worked out fine.

Absolutely perfect stay. No bad things to say. Perfect location within walking distance to town. Great views. Very comfortable and clean accomodations. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. Did not need to contact host about anything because it was all so smooth. Had everything we needed including linens for fifth guest with pull out couch, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Wonderful stay, highly recommend without reservations.
