Super clean and exceptionally well maintained. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The food in all the restaurants was outstanding. By far the best Mexico experience we had. The only improvement that could be made is to make the jacuzzis available to kids because you can’t use the jacuzzi if you have to leave your kid unattended elsewhere.

Loved the location! EVERYONE was so nice. Our poolside server was amazing! Remembered our drinks all day-twice! Service at the rooftop restaurant was awesome!! Betty the massage therapist was the best!!! Room was huge. Private pool was a nice bonus as well.

While the check-in and check-out process was a bit slow due to ongoing construction, the staff was incredibly friendly. The accommodations were impressive and truly met expectations for this price point. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the ocean. The food was enjoyable, with a variety of dining options available on-site. However, I would recommend venturing outside the resort to explore local eateries, especially if your stay extends beyond four nights. While the on-site dining is solid, trying different menus can add some much-needed variety. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. From the front desk to the dining, pool and beach staff, everyone was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While there are many other options in the area, I would definitely consider returning to for another stay. It was a relaxing getaway with excellent service and quality accommodations made it a memorable trip.

Food was mostly good, just a couple dinners not as nice as we would expect.

For a all inclusive it is a good property,not to large quieter than most all inclusive with know loud music playing all day and the food was above average for a all inclusive

Nov ‘24 there is construction of the main lobby; check in happens in little room to the side and gets terribly crowded. There are very few restaurants but the biggest inconvenience is that the hotel is NOT ON THE BEACH, it takes a long walk to get to the beach assigned to the property.

Service was friendly but very slow. Food / drink orders often incorrect. Overall average and would have expected more for the high price.
