Good stop for the night.

It was very inexpensive and accessible to both the highway and downtown. Initially they gave me a room that had been specially booked by someone else, so they upgraded me to a double for no extra charge. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the bed was comfortable.

Being an inexpensive motel on the highway, it's subject to traffic both on the road and between the rooms. Some of the neighboring guests were loud, but only briefly. The building is dated and worn, but reasonable for the age and still a good value for the price.

It was dirty and the room didn’t smell clean .

Lay off ymthe mothballs, or whatever it is. It was sufficating. The matress was so bouncy I almost got thrown off when my bf rolled over. But other than that, it was decent enough for a low budget motel. The people were friendly. But my god, please fix tbe smell. Your guests arent noseblind to it.

Motel 7 is not a new hotel it looks like a late 60's build but qell preserved. Its for travelers that don't want to pay $100+ per night for a pool/spa they're not going to use, and just want a clean, quiet room to lay their heads. Quiet because the walls are cinder block structure, not thin sheet rock. I slept in a literally vacuum, perfect. The room was clean, the beds/pillows were comfortable, the 2 person staff couldn't have been nicer. Walmart Supercenter is right down the road. Right off I-80 there are fuel stations right across from the motel6. The price is the best part. For the $ you cannot beat it. There is a BBQ spot in the back if you like to cook your own food, like I do. One of the coolest things is you get an actual key. Basic, clean and quiet, with a friendly staff, what is there not to like.
