A good place to stay

Everything was good

My daughter and I checked in late last night. We pulled out the pullout in Room 405 and it was filthy. We called the desk and was told that a lot of the pullout mattresses are dirty. She said I can bring you a cover for it. “No my daughter is not sleeping on a disgusting bed” She said she would check another room and move us if it was better. She called back and said we were moving to Room 412. She left the door open and my daughter went for the key and bedding for the pullout. I went to 412 and unpacked my bag. My daughter called from the desk and said we are moving again to Room 212 because their system was not checking us in to Room 412. That made no sense but we moved again after unpacking for a second time. None of these rooms had the bedding needed for the pullout. After settling in for the third time and going to bed, the room was warm. I turned the thermostat down but that didn’t help. When checking out, I told the rude woman at the front desk about our experience. She said that they are aware of the mattresses being dirty. I was hoping to talk to a manager about comping our room but she said there wasn’t a manager in today. The room was also not very clean. Floors were too dirty to go bare foot.

Staff was super friendly and kind!

Buffet attendant was smoking next to the main entry door while I was trying to load my kiddos and bags into the car. Not even mad she was taking a smoke break, just please allow some room.

Rooms were clean. Staff was nice.

Walls paper thin. Noise from outside all night as well. Not for light sleepers.
