"Basic, but clean and well located"

Remember those motels you stayed in on family vacations as a kid in the 70s? Well, maybe you don't. But this is like that. Small rooms, family run, dated but clean. There's a pool, and a park with tennis courts next door. And the center of Lee is in walking distance. This is a good, reasonably priced choice in the Berkshires.

It was pretty dirty. Fixtures and furniture were downtrodden. Bathroom very old.
