부킹닷컴으로 예약했는데 생각보다 룸 상태가 좋았슨

호텔 체류 인보이스를 달라 했는데 부킹닷컴에서 했으니 거기서 받으라고 하고 부킹닷컴에서는 숙박업소에서 받으라고 서로 핑퐁을 해서 난감했는데 카운터 직원이 바뀌고 나서 그 직원은 아무 말없이 인보이스를 주었슴. 호텔 직원마다 업무 대응이 다름. 호텔 숙박에 대한 인보이스는 그게 부킹닷컴에서 예약했다 해도 호텔에서 주어야 하지 않 나? 암튼 카리스 호텔 숙박하고져 하는 사람은 꼭 확인하고 예약하길 바랍니다.
