Charis Hotel

The room of the hotel was decent enough however the location is far from Seoul downtown area. The breakfast was horrible, everything was cold and seemed as if they were serving old food. Nothing seemed to be fresh. Also there was no staff member to help you with anything. When the breakfast was about to end, one staff person came and quickly started taking the dishes away. He was literally picking up the dishes and throwing them in the dish carrier. The timing of the breakfast had not finished as well. There coffee machine was in some corner behind the lift away from the main breakfast dinning hall and was not visible. Upon asking the staff person where can I get a cup of coffee, the staff person shouted at me by saying "CLOSED" and then waved his hand towards the direction of the lift asking me to leave the area. He was extremely rude. I've never been to any hotel in the world where the staff are so rude and unfriendly. If would not recommend this hotel at all.

디럭스 방실은 넓직하니 편안하게 잘 꾸며져 있으나 스탠다드 방실은 너무 협소하여 마치 모텔방실 같은 생각이 듭니다 ~~~ 침구류 상태 깨끗하고 메트리스 상태 좋아서 숙면을 취하였네요

Great location. Close walk to train station. Stores and dining close walk as well. Rooms were nice and clean too.

It is an old hôtel needs a good refresh Personnel very helpful and very kind

I had to move rooms twice because the first two rooms had ACs that were not functioning properly. The staff was really professional though and handle it promptly.
