Hyatt Centric Park City

The location of this hotel could not be more perfect! You are literally steps from the gondola! It was the easiest ski in-ski out property we have ever stayed at! So close that your kids can even carry their own ski equipment to the lift! Not hauling your whole families skis because the walk is too far is game-changing! You are super close to all the action, but not so close that the Apres Ski DJ music can be heard from your room! We loved having a cocktail down in the main area and then retreating back to our quieter hotel! The staff was great and very accommodating! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. We will definitely be back!

We spent four nights at Hyatt Centric Park City with friends and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We applied a suite upgrade, and the suite was massive—beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer, which was truly a game changer on a ski trip. What really sets this property apart, though, is the staff. Erin, Shayla, and Cameron at the front desk were exceptional—attentive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. I never had to ask twice for anything. They went above and beyond, from retrieving items we’d forgotten in our room to coordinating shuttle pickups, and even turning my daughter’s lost stuffed animal into a sweet moment by writing her a note about how it was “on its own vacation.” That level of personalization was incredibly touching. Our servers each morning were fantastic, especially Amalia. The shuttle driver (I believe his name was Justin—apologies if I missed it) was quick, informative, and full of helpful tips for getting around. The adventures desk was also incredibly helpful, offering great ideas for kid-friendly activities. The complimentary s’mores kits and hot chocolate were the perfect finishing touch. An outstanding property with an equally outstanding team—we truly can’t wait to return.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Centric in Park City! Hotel location is very convenient with ski in/out, and hotel is well maintained and have a nice atmosphere. As only improvement we noticed breakfast area was a bit dirty and room service was done late afternoon (when we were back from skiing).

They Hyatt Centric Experience was phenomenal. The location is unbeatable the atmosphere of the hotel and surroundings is like a Hallmark movie. Staff was incredible and greeted us every time we walk through the lobby. the gondola could not have been any closer.

Old property, has not been updated. Got stuck in an elevator for over an hour. Aside from "sorry for inconvenience" and bad attitude from maintenance manager - no other actions taken by property manager. Also, send them another photo of the second elevator showing error message ( feeling of lack of overall maintenance ).

If you are going to ski, this is a great hotel. If you are interested in seeing the town, they offer a shuttle but only evenings.

Nice staff, rooms are ok. Great location. Good ski valet service. The biggest downside was that the food was very poor and horribly overpriced. The restaurant has all the atmosphere of a soviet bus stop and comically overpriced breakfast-$50 pp for a very average buffet. New Year’s Eve dinner was terrible - 4 courses of reheated frozen gloop served in a total of 25 minutes like a strange competition to get you out of your seat as quickly as possible -like a fast food chain. Highlights included an ‘amuse bouche’ cracker that had the texture and taste of baked paper stuck together with glue with warm ‘seafood’ (aka reconstituted something) on top, weird very sweet and sickly leek and potato soup, a minuscule ‘wagyu’ which was more like rump and a revolting impossible sweet mass produced cake that was inedible. And I love cake -but could not eat this. We felt really ripped off especially compared to the other excellent restaurants nearby. We literally only ate in the hotel one time in 5 days.

We have stayed at this property multiple times, and it could not be more convenient - especially with the new Sunrise lift right next door. We always stay in the Large Bedroom Residence and really appreciate the amount of room it has! The staff also went above and beyond on our stay when some clothes were left in our room upon check out. Hamza Khan and Joshua Fawley-Puello went above and beyond to make sure we got all of our items and were so nice about it. We appreciate you so much!

Our experience with two families and four kids was great. The hotel is phenomenal, the location is great and the rooms are extremely spacious. We stayed in 2 one bedroom large residences, they are extremely nice and helpful, especially with kids. I highly recommend Hyatt Centric Park City. We will be back soon.

The property is a beautiful cozy cabin like feel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable; and the rooms with balcony views of the village are amazing. Perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while savoring the view. But the best thing by far about the property is the amazing staff. Incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile for you. A very special shout out to the manager Russell who was just the epitome of hospitality, as well as Jackson who drives the hotel shuttle to main st and the gondola. Super friendly people and always happy to help.
