This was the first time staying at an ESA. I was impressed that they had a disability lift poolside. The staff was superb. Breakfast consists of instant oatmeal, pre packaged blueberry muffins and excellent coffee. Alex, the GM, was understanding of our need to leave early and helped us receive a credit for having to do so.

Nice quiet just had to wait a lonnnnngggggg time to check in

The customer service was poor. The hotel is old and smoky! The bed was hard and squeaky! No bedroom comforter just old sheets. You can’t get extra clean towels or sheets. You have to bring down your used towels.They count the new towels they give you. Ppl sleep in cars in the parking lot of the hotel. Breakfast please don’t waste your time. The ac leaked all over the floor.

The location was great. The rooms were very smelly. Walked in the first one and even hubs said he couldn't stay in there. It smelled like very strong cleaning supplies trying to cover up something really smelly, hubs thinks fish. We walked right out, the front desk, very helpful. Have us another room. She walked us in, it smelled too but not as strong, we were wiped so said it was fine enough. Took my shoes off, carpet was damp. So tired. Go to bed and my one pillow smelled of a man's cologne. Pretty sure that pillowcase was never changed. I didn't use it, passed out tired. Nice staff but won't be back. Also, no coffee pot, in an extended stay?

Great staff. No blinds on our window and a insanely bright light in through the window every night. Unbelievable, really.
