The staff was great

My reservation wasn't made with the hotel even though I received a conformation. I'm still being billed even though I paid the hotel directly when the reservation wasn't there.

"Friendly staff who still gives good customer service!"

My family & I were booked at a nearby hotel for a hockey tournament (6 hours from home) & the other hotel cancelled our room without notifying us. We drove over to Candlewood Suites & they were so welcoming & accommodating! Every staff member we encountered was helpful & greeted you with a smile. We had to stay an extra night because of a snow storm & could have moved to a hotel with a pool with our teammates, but stayed because of the hospitality & cleanliness of the room & hotel! Would stay again!
