"Leider: never again!"

Lage sehr gut Damen vom Service sehr hilfsbereit Bekamen wg. des Ärgers mit der Garage ( konnte nicht aufgesperrt werden) die Gebühr dafür erstattet.

Elektrischer Türöffner Garage funktionierte nicht - deshalb die Sitzung versäumt wegen der ich nach Dresden gekommen war. Teppich in Zimmer unappetitlich fleckig, Staub auf dem Schrank zentimerterdick ( KEINE Übertreibung!) Einrichtung des Zimmers geschmacklos und sehr unpraktisch - Hängeschränke über dem Bett, an dem man sich den Kopf anschlug. Bekamen ein "upgrade" - aber was soll ich mit einem Extrazimmer mit Konferenztisch?! Einer der Rezeptionisten total uninteressiert, die Kollegin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Keine aircondition!!
