A/C leaking, fixtures not working very old facility needs updating

Unfortunately cloudy weather did not enable us to see sunrise n sunset properly

The bathrooms are old and dirty looking. They should be renovated.

We have stayed in this hotel twice previousely i e in 2013 and 2014 for over 4 days on each occasion and enjoyed our stay. However this time in 2018, the poor attitude of the front desk receptionist at our check in, the cleanliness of: - Room and and bathroom; - Run down beds and dirty linens; - Breakfast and breakfast rooms; Drove us to make a hasty get away from this over priced, over rated dump. One is made to wonder how it can be rated as a THREE STAR hotel. Travel web sites should not mis-lead genuine travellers by promoting this hotel.

The flush in the washroom did not work proper

Staff need more training.

First of all the photos are misleading and it is a just OK one nowhere close! The place was so noisy and not calm even at the night. Might be good for tose NOT looking for a calm area. The front staff was nice. The hotel restaurant staff touched and served food by the bare hand.
