STN Apartments on Nevsky Prospect

Bilan très mitigé! La situation de l'appartement est idéale: la perspective Nievsky, axe principal de st Petersburg.A pied,en bus ou en métro,on peut atteindre en 15 à 20 minutes tous les lieux touristiques de la ville.Vue imprennable sur la fontanka.Mais l'équipement de l'appart est vraiment insuffisant:l'ascenseur n'a jamais fonctionné,rien pour faire du café,fer à repasser qui fuit dangereusement,table à repasser inutilisable,lits très inconfortables(canapé-lit antique dans toutes les chambres)Pas la moindre réserve (sel,huile,pq,liquide vaisselle,rien!)Cour et cage d'escalier en ruine, serrure capricieuse, double vitrage inefficace. Rien à voir avec les photos mensongères de l'annonce! Enfin à savoir,7% de supplément si on paie par carte bleue

Huoneisto sijaitsee eri osoitteessa kuin niin sanottu reseption. Varauksen yhteydessä ei anneta tietoa reseptionin osoitteesta, eikä sinne ole opasteita. Huoneistoon johtava rappukäytävä on aivan järkyttävä. Itse huoneisto oli kuitenkin siisti, lisä peitot ja tyynyt olisivat tosin kaivanneet pesua. Lakanat puolestaan olivat erittäin siistit. Reseptionista varaamamme taksi ei ikinä saapunut hakemaan meitä juna-asemalle. Sijainniltaan ei olisi voinut olla parempi.

The best location could be for average money

The room window faced a bar and you got late night noise from people entering and leaving the bar. The apartment was not well maintained. Definitely will not be back.

Dirty blood stained mattress. Unacceptable service

Had to ask to move it was so bad. Luckily there was a place In a nearby hotel. It was like a place that someone had died in.

the company has lots of apartments throughout the city. Some of them better than others, so make sure you ask which one you will stay in and confirm you are fine with it. Ours was a lovely studio on the main street, perfect location and great amenities, the only problem being lack of air conditioning and mosquito nets which turned night time experiences to a sweaty affair.. :(

Awesome location and apartment! Had a full kitchen and even a washing machine for my clothes. Only down fall was the smell of sewage from the drain and the difficultly in finding the location as it was poorly marked. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again and suggest it to friends.

The apartment was extremely warn out, the hallway plain dirty. Very basic facilities. Overall, not recommended at all.
