"NO ELEVATOR"

When we checked in, we discovered that the hot tub was out of order and they have no elevator for second floor access. This was a problem for those of us with mobility issues. The man at checkin was very nice. When our tv didn't work, he was quick to come help us sort out the issue. We went to breakfast with an hour left and they were not keeping items full. They did eventually bring more out, though. This place is big with a lot of winding hallways. My tip is to wait for your room assignment before you get your luggage out. You may be better off to drive around to a side entrance to unload.

Very dirty and disgusting. The trash was not collected. The sheet was not replaced at all, I see some hair and disgusting stain. Will never book Comfort Inn.
