First of all, I would like to thank the staff for the upgrade of our room - it was a very pleasant surprise upon arriving in Seoul. Overall, our whole stay was really nice, the room size was very good, along with the view from our room. I could definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Seoul.

There were no window mosquito protection nets, so it wasn't possible to let any fresh air in during the warm summer season.

We shall be given each family member a key instead of just one during our stay. One key for family of three is quite challenging.
