"Nice but customer service, breakfast and missing luxuries were lacking"

The room, beds, pillows and furniture were nice. The room was semi clean. The floors in the bathroom were dirty and there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The coffee machine and coffee were less than average for Best Western. Towels and wash wrags were great. Negative - the 'continental breakfast's was absolutely horrible. I've stayed at many Best Westerns over decades and this was one of the worst breakfast. The customer service and attention to customers was lacking. No vending machines.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I expected more than a choice of Raisin Bran or Fruit Loops for cereal choice and either Strawberry or Strawberry-Banana Yogurt in a continental breakfast. I expected the breakfast to also include pastry choices and bread to toast. I did enjoy the coffee and juices.
