Clean, good location

The front desk lady was a little rude and we were expecting to pay at the property (as requested through booking.com) howler they had already charged the card in file before we checked in, that was not cool

Hotel is located close to Gruene, what was our purpose of the visit. Hotel and breakfast were okay, beds are good.

It is really outdated and it can have some maintenance. Rooms are clean but the restaurant has sticky floors

"Not clean not cheap"

Popcorn on floor. Blocked toilet. Boot prints on the sheets. Very loud old air conditioner unit in room made lots of noise kept me awake. Breakfast was rubbery overcooked egg and coffee had run out. I understand cheap places have lower standards but it wasn’t cheap. My stats before and after on the road trip are cheaper and cleaner.
