Great location right at the beach. One of those old beach hotels, but kept in good order. Includes parking garage. The suites are individually owned and decorated so check details before booking. Ours was spacious with a small balcony. Large bathroom, lots of towels. Large bedroom and very comfortable. Coded entrances made it very secure.

Nothing specific

Our room was huge and very comfortable with great views from the 3rd floor. There was a fireplace. I also liked the balcony. I would have liked to had time to sit out there with a drink and a book for a while. This room also had a large refrigerator, microwave , kitchen sink and dishes. It would be nice for a longer stay. The woman in the office was very nice and helpful. The parking area under the hotel was secured at night.

The most concern part of this property was a finicky lock on the door to the room. It took a code but we had to enter it several times each time we used it to get it to open. It always worked but we were nervous when we went out to dinner that we wouldn’t be able to get back into our room and the office wasn’t staffed after 5:30. Also the table on the balcony was pretty rusty and I wasn’t sure if it was going to rub off. Still great to sit out there watching the waves though.

The location was perfect, the parking garage was awesome since parking around the area is always a mess but the facility itself was really outdated and I was unaware until I checked in that the rooms are individually owned so some rooms are nicer than others. Ours was extremely dusty and outdated but I peeked in the other rooms and although decor was different they all were about the same. The size of the room we got was great, very accommodating for my large family with teenage kids…just enough space to not feel cramped (we got the suite). The beds were comfy and there was a full kitchen in our room that I didn’t use but is there for ones who want that. The staff is non existent so if something goes wrong, do t expect it to get fixed. Our tv and cable and internet didn’t work and there was zero resolution for the 3 days we were there and no offer for a rate reduction or any additional accommodation to offset the inconvenience. I was thankful we all had our phones to stream off of at night and play games or whatever otherwise that would have sucked. It is also right next door to a restaurant so expect to smell bbq and meat the entire stay because the smell doesn’t go away…ever!

The smell, the cleanliness was awful inside the rooms as well as outside (spiders and bugs everywhere)
