The desk staff were pleasant and efficient. The room was nice. The facility is undergoing renovations. Coffee is available 24/7 which is unusual and a great feature.

My room was across from the ice machine which was very noisy, both when people got ice and when it made new ice after someone came for ice. This could be improved significantly by putting a door on the room with the ice machine. The air handling in the room was also noisy.

It was extremely easy to check in…and the assistance for transportation to and from a local concert was above and beyond !
