The breakfast was good. We had everything we needed. Coffee was great. Loved that it was available 24 hours. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Parking was excellent. Had everything we needed. Rooms were very quiet.

I don't think there's anything more they could have done better. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and nice. No issues with them. Overall, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was fine. I think it was more the overall area and 'feel' that I didn't love. The guests next door to me and above me kept moving around and making noise. Also, I couldn't get the fan to stay on, only the heat or cold...so for white noise I couldn't get it to work. Not the staffs fault. But, in the future, I think I'd look to stay closer to Pittsburg or Martins' Ferry and drive to my appointment.

Ava was wonderful! Everyone was very nice. Whoever the cleaning staff were at noon on 4/27/25, they were very kind as well. Room was perfect!
