"Deceptive listing, missing foldout couch"

Rooms are clean and in good shape.

The biggest issue is that the room was missing a bed. We booked this specifically because it said it had a foldout couch (2 beds total). It did not. They had a standard couch which didn't work for our family. Their excuse was something about a remodel, but at the end of the day, it had one fewer bed than they promised. Also, the the walls were quite thin. I could hear the conversation next door, even though they seemed to be talking at a normal volume.
