Check in was smooth and staff friendly. The property was clean and well lit. Breakfast was available in the morning. Workout room was also available. Well done.

The outlet under the desk was alarmingly loose. The only negative about the property.

"Terrible customer service and deceptive pricing!"

I was quoted one rate for my stay; however, I was charged a higher amount upon checkout. At check-in, I was not provided with any written confirmation of the agreed-upon rate, which has made resolving this issue difficult. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the property to address the discrepancy. Each time, I am told that a manager will return my call, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. Additionally, my calls are frequently disconnected, placed on hold without resolution, or go unanswered. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. I would have expected a more professional and transparent experience. I hope the property addresses these concerns and improves both its billing practices and customer service.
