Poor customer service , rooms are very dated . Not worth the money

I liked how clean the property was, however after day one i realized the housekeepers werent as meticulous when cleaning. The food was ok the first day break was very good but as the days went by the standard fell, there wasnt alot of options. The phone wasnt working in our room. I think

Hotel was clean staff friendly and helpful. Dining options were good in the hotel also close to mbj airport. Also other dining options in Walking distance and safe.

It was just a bad experience. They promised a shuttle, I called from the airport, the frontdesk woman was just so full of attitude. In the end, after 3 calls to the hotel after standing for a while after 9hr flight, I gave up and got a taxi to the hotel. I was given a room where the windows looked out into section of the restaurant as it adjoined the hotel kitchen. There were no windows to outside and no fresh air. Then the safe battery failed with my passport and money inside. Took over an hour to get that resolved. The bellman had to come to switch the tv on and to change the channels. Breakfast was one person recording room numbers and serving the buffet at her own sweet pace. No fruits in sight. I must say that the bellmen are the saving grace of that place. They were so helpful. Couldn't wait to escape in the morning. Luckily, I had only booked the one night.

Restaurant didn’t have Sparkling water or tonic water so I had to drink a soda. They need better Vegan menu other then that I would definitely recommend again.
