Neighbourhood noises. Very friendly and helpful staff

The property is absolutely gorgeous 😍 The views were stunning, the room was super clean, the food was a bit pricey but good. The breakfast buffet was decent just wish they had more options.

Complimentary breakfast for great! The view from dining areas and from several areas of the property. Staff friendly and very accommodating. I can’t find anything that I didn’t like

We honestly throughly enjoyed the staff and service. It has great potential even being off the beach but it needs an upgrade. Some of the fixtures were broken and the place was in need of some tlc.

The property was clean and the staff very friendly. It has a fantastic view from the dining room and terrace. Only stayed for one night.

The location

The staff tend to a bit loud in the early morning, when they are making their rounds to clean.

The only problem I had was transportation. They state they have transportation, when I called the property she state they was unstaffed and she couldn’t reply to my email . I had to pay for private transportation to and from the airport.

The picture in the advertisement is misleading, there are no oceanview rooms that have an unobstructed view, only the master suites are, but we were not told that until we'd checked in. However, it was a nice, clean room with a not-so-bad view.

Great location. Staff is very accommodating. Best view overlooking Montego Bay from their Terrace amd restaurant in the morning for breakfast featuring local food and standard western style choices.

Break fast seemed to be rationed,no second plate.
