Hampton Inn & Suites Big Spring

The breakfast had a good variety and the pool and hot tub were very clean. Also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water.

bath sink stopped up, had to use tub to brush our teeth, both USB ports either a open hole in the wall or non working

We enjoyed the breakfast! We also liked having the 12pm checkout time, so we weren't rushed in the morning.

Good food

The hotel decor is updated and it smells okay as you walk in, however, the bathroom floor and baseboards in my room were filthy. I was really glad the room was decorated in dark colors with low lighting as I didn't have to see if it was as dirty as the bathroom.

Good experience, all staff was friendly, would stay here again.
