Breakfast had nice variety

Our bathtub had several long dark hairs on the back of tub. Back of toilet seat also had hair on it. Coffee pot in room could not be plugged in at the buffet it was on.

This staff was courteous, and the location convenient.

I selected and payed for a 3 star Hilton owned property; I arrived to find a road side motel. The amenities were unacceptable. The pool was unheated, the hot tub was unheated, the breakfast was inedible, and the dinning area had dead bugs in every light. The room I was assigned was unacceptable for occupation. The tub was hanging from the wall, the soap dispenser was broken and placed in on the tub ledge, the bathroom had had its wall paper hanging off, the thermostat did function, the room's temperature fluctuated wildly, the bed was rock hard, and the furniture was damaged and should have been replaced 10 years ago. Housekeeping was non-existent. I stayed three nights and house keeping did not once come in to empty waste cans or refresh towels and toiletries. I had to take the trash out of the room daily, ask for towels from the front desk each evening, and request a new roll of toilet paper the last day of my stay.

Room 409 heater was excessively loud, some of the plugs didn't work and sink stopper was broken. Hair dryer didn't work. I know hotel is under renovation but this room was horrible. I hope things get fixed during renovation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were nice, and the breakfast was good.
