cuarto demasiado sucio, tenianhasta envolturas de condones y me cambiaron de cuarto y la cama llena de cabello, decidi retirarme, y no me dieron el reembolso

Bad, wouldn’t recommend.

Floors dirty, no smoke alarm, people yelling outside on lot all night, sirens 24x7, train beyond loud all day, bath towels are older than me, no one picks up the phone at front desk, housekeeper doesn’t speak english, didnt respond to emails sent, tv didn’t work originally, hard bed, entire property is run down and in desperate need of renovation.

The worsest hotel i stayed so far.

The rooms were extremely dirty. The first room they gave me was smoking and smelled very strong of it. They gave me another non smoking room and it was also extremely dirty. The linens were dirty and there was a filthy chair with stains and a dirty hand towel on it. I felt like I couldn’t sit anywhere because it was so gross. I was there with my 13 year old and I felt very dirty and unsafe. When trying to call the office to notify them, the phone didn’t work. I used my cell and then they weren’t answering. I went to the office and showed them the picture of the dirty chair and said I wanted my money back and couldn’t stay there. I was told my front desk women they would approve a refund through hotels.com. After hotels.com calling them multiple times they wouldn’t approve a refund. I wish I had taken more pictures but I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I didn’t think I was getting a nice hotel based on reviews and pictures but it at least looked nice enough online to stay in. Don’t let that deceive you. If you do stay there, I suggest carrying to protect yourself.
