"Wonderful weekend experience visiting the spa"

The grand suite was perfect for our family of 4. The fact that you could buy spa tickets directly from the hotel was unexpected and a lovely surprise, which meant we could walk directly into Caracalla using the VIP entrance. The staff were wonderful and the welcome drink voucher was very much appreciated! Breakfast stood out in the way all warm food was freshly prepared to order, and the taste was fantastic!

We had booked two extra beds for our room, but only one was set up at our arrival. It took two reminders to the reception to get the second bed delivered, but all was well in the end, thank you.

Good position; rooms at the rear have good views and are quiet. Rooms well appointed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure car parking.
