Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Searcy

The bed was clean, the air conditioner was cold. The staff were nice and checking in and out was good.

The carpet in our room was really really dirty. It was not just stained but had something sticky and crusty in the floor that smelled bad.

The location and the quiet area.

That I booked a handicapped room. That was my fault. But I was comfortable and felt safe there.

Pet room was on the bottom floor and very clean. Shower pressure was awesome and the bathroom was clean. Beds weren't awe inspiring, but they were comfortable all the same. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and informative.

We were right next to the stairs, so it was noisy both late at night and early in the morning.

The Asian beetles in two rooms we looked at. The pillows were lumpy and cheap. Room service didn’t empty trash or make bed. Room keys had to be replaced several times.

We had lots of “lady bugs” that we had to kill. Toiletries were sparse, less than I usually see at hotels. Shower pressure was weak
