Que me cambiaron al magnolias suite sin consultarme y cuando llame a la recepción para preguntar por qué no respetaron mi reservación, me respondieron que cancelara mi reserva justo cuando era la hora del check

Son 2 hoteles con el mismo nombre y al llegar al que yo reserve me dijeron que me ubicarian en el otro. Si bien no fue malo. No me pareció correcto
