Great location and value.

n general the property was great but we only stayed for one night and I’m not sure if we were just unlucky but the room smelled really badly of damp and it was really hard to breathe whilst inside the room.

Best location in san cristobal, kind and helpful staff.

No wifi reception at the room (106) was the most unfortunate problem, unfortunately the staff could not help. The room was a little smaller than what we ordered, we haven't been there much during the day so it wasn't too bad, just disappointing a bit. The staff tried to help but were out of reach.

Hotel was very nice. Well located. Amenities were good. I was pleased with my stay. One one ☝️ concern, desk staff in the morning wasn’t all that helpful as much as the evening staff. Lady at the front desk, I asked for help twice during my stay with my suitcase and with a fan request and she never delivered. She also overcharged me for laundry. Contrary to evening staff, super helpful and amazing with getting me a room fan and helping me with a TV issue. I would stay here again.

Perfect position, very nice room and kind staff.

The bathroom sink was clogged and, although we reported more than once to the staff, nobody fixed it. WiFi credentials had very short duration (probably less than 24hours). It is possible to book Day tours directly at the hotel but the price is much higher than that offered by other hotels.

Property has excellent location. Hotel could'nt accomidate me with parking space. Rooms need some kind off ventilation, air condition or at least fans

Excellent hotel. Super clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Just a few blocks from the main historic square. The rooms are toward the back therfore no street noise is heard. Very quiet. Extremely comfortable beds. It has a colonial feel to it. Definitely recommend it@
