The location is nearby the airport so it's convenient for those who's rushing to take airplane, however, the traffic is really poor there, lots of vehicles and the roads were like a mess. The room is comfortable, quiet, it's small but with bathtub and clean, overall the living experience fine except of the check in service is poor.

We used hotel.com to book our room this time, firstly, when we checked in, the front dest didn't have our booking scheduled, she's not familiar with the procedure and needs to ask other supervisors all the time. After checked the APP in my phone, they just give me another 2 rooms, even didn't tell us it's without breakfast in advance. We lived in this hotel couple times, there's no ones without breakfast, that's why we felt terrible about what happened for the check in service this time. We'll choose other hotels instead next time.

Right opposite terminal 3 with a free shuttle bus to the hotel from the runway manila bridge. Very efficient and friendly check in staff who are extremely accommodating with our requests due to delays with flights. Very clean facilities and a huge range of breakfast options. The hotel is a very popular event venue and it connects to casinoes and mall next door with loads of great restaurants. We loved our stay and will be back!!!
