Officially, the worst Four Points or any Marriott Bonvoy property I've ever stayed at. Dirty: carpets in hallways, elevators, room carpets, hairs in the shower. Broken items: sink, shower base, tiles, very badly repaired tiles. Everything just screams "Cheap!", but the room price is not. This experience made me rethink trusting the Marriott and Four Points brands. Will never stay in this specific hotel again and may avoid Marriott altogether. Lessons learned: check the reviews.

Officially, the worst Four Points or any Marriott Bonvoy property I've ever stayed at. It just just awful: dirty carpets all over, including elevators, hallways, and the room. Broker sink, broken shower, poorly repaired tiles, broken tiles, yellow-ish bed sheets, etc. Highly not recommended. Stay away from this hotel.

The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff member when we checked in was terrific. I didn't like that there were a bunch of people smoking cigarettes and pot right outside the main entry when we arrived with our kids. I was also disappointed that the waterslide doesn’t operate on Mondays - would have been nice to know that in advance from the listing when be booked.

"Hotel needs repair and deep clean. "

Did not use anything else but a stay in the room. Bathroom tiles are broken and room needs minor upkeep and repairs. Elevator carpet really dirty. Really noisy with children crying and coming and going in hallways at 11:00 pm. Finally, kids running in hallways at 2am. Not what we expected at a Four Points hotel.
