The hotel and the environment were excellent, the staff was on top of their game and always ready to help. I would like to thank the reception staff, they are truly professionals. Thanks to Tengo he is very good guy :)

The rooms are decorated in a luxurious style, everything is tastefully and in detail. All attractions are nearby: Old Tbilisi, Main Street, Freedom Square, and so on.

I had an amazing experience at the Riverside Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—waking up to the calming river views was truly refreshing. The atmosphere is peaceful yet close to everything you might need. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Sitting by the riverside in the evening was a highlight, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.

I like everything, reception staff was amazing they try to help us everytime it was marvelous, location was very close to center of Tbilisi, if I back to the Georgia I will stay in this hotel 100% again

Breakfast was good, the service from the staff was very good, friendly and spoke good English, recommend the omelette which isn't totally obvious as an option, a cheesy one is a bit oily, otherwise every thing good, the rooms were nice and it was easy enough to get where we wanted. Receptions was very helpful and informative.

Leak in the shower could be be sorted but drains off ok.

Уютно , комфортно,персонал вежливый,🥹❤️👌В любое время есть связь с персоналом,который отвечает на любую просьбу быстро ( мы просили в жару лед в номер ,в разное время приходили в отель и просьба получить чистые полотенца-была выполнена за 3 минуты ,просили подогреть еду -нам не отказали и в этом -даже дали нам вкусный соус с кухни бесплатно,так же мы просили погладить свадебное платье и костюм -все было выполнено на 💯 баллов -женщина которая наводит чистоту в номерах -безумно приятная 🥰,приносила нам каждый день водичку и всегда предлагала убраться ,поменять полотенца и т.д) Кровать -это нечто 😍После тяжелого перелета,после прогулок по городу , мы засыпали моментально и нам было тяжело просыпаться -настолько удобно и комфортно на ней☺️☺️☺️❤️❤️❤️ Кухня очень понравилась 🥰 Все было оооочень вкусно и разнообразно,но мне безумно понравились блинчики с сыром (рулетики) -это просто божественно🤤😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️ Я хочу поблагодарить каждого, кто работает в этом прекрасном отеле ,за приятное впечатление и хорошее настроение 🥰❤️

У нас в 403 номере с утра не было горячей воды, ОДНАКО после звонка на ресепшен у нас сразу же в течении 2 минут появилась горячая вода -это не минус ,но хотелось чтобы предупреждали сразу об этом 😉☺️

Oh boy i loved my stay in this hotel, it is not large but room is nice, great location, close to everything, great wifi, breakfast was delicious indeed with many options to choose from, two amazing restaurants and lovely staff
