Cozy cabins.

We were looking for a one night stay in the Colorado Springs area on our way back to Denver to fly home. Saw that they had a few cabins in addition to the rooms. Walked into the lobby and were lucky that one was available. Front desk was so nice! She showed me a cabin first to make sure it was what I wanted. The cabin was very clean, had a kichenette with fridge, microwave and stove/oven, plus a coffee maker. We have stayed in several campground cabins before. This was larger than those, with a nice seating area with a couch. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in while traveling in recent years. The bathroom wasn't fancy, but fancy is not what a cabin is about. There was a mama deer and fawn eating in the lawn behind the cabin when we arrived. The lobby has games and videos that can be checked out. We didn't eat the continental breakfast as we decided to try Hungry Bear Restaurant for breakfast which I also recommend for a good country breakfast. The office worker at checkout was also very nice, giving me suggested scenic routes back to the Denver. I would certainly stay here again if in the area.
