The Carriage House

Amazing! There is absolutely nothing bad to say about Carriage House B&B. You get a warm welcome, comfortable accommodations, and top notch food. Seriously, it is the best! BW welcomed us, showed us to our room, gave a tour of the grounds, ensured that no one had food allergies. He showed us where to find the complimentary water, wine, and coffee, and explained that there would be a fire pit with Smores later that evening. The grounds are beautifully manicured, and Jefferson itself is full of history and places to explore. Treat yourself to a stay!

It was located within walking distance of the downtown shopping district!

Cozy, clean, The porch the people that worked there were very nice and helpful.

We didn’t get to stay in the main house. Had to stay down the road and drive there to eat and enjoy.

Wonderful welcome. Great communication. Quaint comfortable. Lean room. Complimentary beverages, fire pit started for us, smores set out to enjoy. Recommend this to all. Haven’t had breakfast yet but pics look delicious.

This is a quirky, characterful and quite unique place to stay. The owners are incredibly welcoming and really go the extra mile to make everything perfect.

The hosts go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortanle i am gluten free and the breakfast they prepared for me was excellent and beautifully presented

I could on and on about this little Jefferson hidden treasure!! The complimentary wine, wine glasses, smores over firepit evenings in the courtyard area oh and yes oh yes bottomless mimosas for Breakfast what?!? Plus not just pet-"friendly"-pet welcoming! Very reasonably priced for all the extras including a breakfast and a pet fee can't believe this bargain! Plus courteous welcoming staff, amazing food and numerous options for breakfast seatings (outside wrap around patio or inside) plus 3 different times to choose a convenient breakfast time!

The hosts are wonderful and Jessi is an amazing cook, so breakfast (beginning always with dessert) was fabulous. The location is great for getting to Caddo Lake and even Shreveport, and the town has two very nice places to eat in walking distance of the B&B.

The only downside was our specific room location, which was in the main building next to the dining area. This is a very minor point. There are midnight trains, and lots more, so you do hear train whistles, but that will be true everywhere in Jefferson and nearby.

Very friendly and helpful host. Location is ideal.
