I am not recommending to have a drinks in the bar or restaurant!!!!! One shout Of Tequila cost almost $100 (76 Euros) !!!, and the stuff didn't show the price upfront and I took Double shout for $200 , !!! The Whole bottle of Do Julio 1952 cost $150 in the store!
Lovely new property with beautiful decor and facilities however need more staff who are properly trained to provide a 5 star service. Breakfast service awful with tables left dirty and plates not cleared. Had to ask many times for coffee. Also pool service not great.

Newly refurbished hotel. Still some building works going on but this wasn't a problem. Staff were helpful but many obviously new to the service industry with a bit to learn still. The gym was very good and we used this every day. Very clean everywhere. Very good breakfast choices but the hot food was consistently cold, not helped by no warmed plates. Would I return - yes.
Absolutely stunning hotel only 3 months old! The staff was wonderful and the service was amazing (esp Maria at the front desk)! I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Albuferia.
Great place, location and staff
Really lovely decor and staff. Newly refurbished from previous hotel (just over a year). Private deck leads you to the beach.
The hospitality was excellent. The food and beverage's were sub par. I waited over an hour for a simple club sandwich at the rooftop bar and when I got it it was not tasty. We did have a good picture of margaritas at the pool but again it took close to an hour to get it.
Andre and his team were excellent, the facility is first class and the food was excellent. The venue is very nice with three separate pools and beach access. We rented kayaks from the vendors in the beach to explore the caves…
