The staff was terrific. Everyone is so polite and does such an outstanding job. The rooms were great. The only thing I would say that would be a good idea possibly, is to put a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, this is a 10+ stay and when I come back to Chicago, this would be the only hotel I would stay

"It could be so much better with a few simple improvements. We won’t be returning."

Clean room, prompt service at breakfast. Decent light and view.

No in-room coffee. One small towel bar in the bathroom (in the shower). No place to hang a hand towel. Awful sliding door on the bathroom that was heavy, noisy and didn’t close.
