写真を見て予約したが、誤って違う部屋を予約してしまっていた。入室後に気づき、ダメ元で部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、快く対応していただけた。 たまたま部屋が空いていたのかもしれなかったが、急な申し出に嫌な顔一つ見せず対応をしていただき本当にありがたかった。
