"Less than great check-in"

Check-in was subpar, I was charged extra for having a pet, eventhough I had already overpaid for the room. They told me that i shouldn't book through a 3rd party. Which has me under the impression that they just chose to charge me extra for using a 3rd party. Not impressed with the way they chose to do business.

Quick and easy check in with very polite and helpful staff. Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Coffee available in lobby at all times. Breakfast was delicious!
