The staff were going through the motions. We didn't have a key for our room for 2 days and no one took responsibility for this. We had to go to the office 4-5 times per day until they finally gave us a new one. Compared to other resorts the staff were very below par in their attitude and friendliness.

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, over priced and dirty. We thought with it being the only hotel on the island it would be idilic and clean. However we had to cut our trip short as there were bed bugs in our bed, having already moved room for poor cleanliness.

The best holiday we have ever had. The most beautiful place we’ve visited and the kindest team looking after you on your trip.

Great resort only things letting it down is the lunch menu never changes, and having stayed at several Fiji resorts it is the only one that doesn't offer buffet breakfast beautiful gardens and atmosphere great people how do you know?

No running water overnight

The island was a fantastic location and was extremely chilled and laid back, exactly what you want on a relaxing holiday. Sunloungers and sunbeds on the terrace were super comfy. The sunsets from the beach were unreal and the burre was such a lovely stay, and the bed was super comfy. The dive shop was great and I'd highly recommend diving and snorkelling wherever possible. Purple turtle transport was fantastic and well organised. Some of the staff were also very nice and helpful. Some of the guests we spoke to were multi repeat customers, which says a lot.

The food in the restaurant was disappointing most of the time and was overpriced (e.g. the mashed potato with most of the dinner meals got tiring very quickly) and the service was a bit hit or miss, including housekeeping leaving our accommodation unlocked a couple of times.The staff were not as friendly as other places we stayed in Fiji and the vibe was a bit off sometimes, leaving us feeling like we were obviously just a commodity to them. Entertainment in the evenings was non-existent apart from one fire show, e.g., the "trivia" advertised most nights never happened the duration that we were there.

Der Fisch war immer sehr gut. Das Fleisch war einfach übergart. Die Unterwasserwelt und die Tauchschule mit ihren Mitarbeitern hervorragend. Der Spabereich war excellent.

Der Service war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter vergaßen einfach die Bestellungen beim Frühstück oder brachten das Falsche. Die Flasche Wein wurde zweimal berechnet und keinerlei Entschuldigung beim Checkout. Die Mitarbeiter sind schlecht geschult und Freundlichkeit ist hier eine Seltenheit. Mrs. Kerala ist hiervon ausgenommen und hat aussergewöhnliche Serviceleistungen und Freundlichkeit bewiesen.
