Had a great time. Awesome food and lots of gaming and sports activities.

Actually it was a worst ever experience with staff all trainee and food quality absolutely pathetic and swimming pool looked like a drain my suggestion no one should try and visit the property

Room specifications were completely opposite at arrival from the time of booking. Website showed bathtub or shower in deluxe room and there are no bathtubs in that hotel in deluxe category. Why were the specifications given wrong. Rooms were having foul smell. Service was really poor. For one order we had to call at least 5 times.

Pathetic place. It cannot have a four star rating. Total waste of money. Someone stole my 20k glasses and there was no CCTV installed. Serious security non compliance with property and waiting for any incident to happen.

The stay was good.

Stayed there with friends ok property very limited menu in food lots of outdoor activities need some more emphasis on in room services charges compare to other five star property's are high. Require some more qualified staff so as to understand the actual demand of the customer. Overall a good rating

Not worth the price we paid at all. 2 Star Service and facilities at 4/5 star prices. WiFi was paid, Ice Bucket was paid for .. access to facilities like Baddie Courts, and Pool table was paid for ... Breakfast Buffet was pathetic.. Totally not worth it. Will never go back.

our stay was good as a wedding function was also there.

I specifically asked for a smoking room , beacause all smoking room were taken , i was told that it was a smoking free area . The moment i entered the hotel it was clearly stated smoking rooms on left and i was alloted a nonsmoking room . Then to worsen my stay , there was a party behind my room . The music was too loud , i asked front desk to allot me another room and they was that was not possible and party would be over by 10:30 . Guess when did the party get over ? by 1 am . The room serivce was equal to nil beacause of a marrige and party going on . My overall stay , i left like a fool .
