La demeure et son parc sont plein de charme. Ainsi que la région où elle est situé

Certains équipements sont vieillissants ce qui s'expliquer dans ce type de maison (porte sdb qui ne ferme pas) mais pas vu le prix. Le restaurant propose un menu unique qui est cher avec des horaires assez contraints (18h30-20h) et il n'est pas simple de se restaurer ailleurs à proximité pour ceux qui ne voudraient pas diner sur place.

Beautiful old school hotel in an amazing location run by lovely staff. They also have electric car charging which was perfect for me.

The shower was a little tight.

It has a quaint, jaded charm in the original part of the property (main house), homely and cost. The front reception rooms were lovely, and we enjoyed sitting by the open fire down near the bar. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated in royal blue, very pretty. The gardens were lovely and added to the peaceful ambience.

It feels unloved and neglected in parts. An outdated mish-mash of styles in the “newer” parts of the property, including the bar (think 1970’s/1980’s decor). It could do with a general interior-design spruce-up without a lot of structural interference.

"Gorgeous dog friendly hotel"

We had a lovely time at Cashel House Hotel, the room was wonderful, large, light, great window and views of the garden, very comfy bed. And we loved that it was dog friendly. The hotel has clearly marked out which areas where dog friendly and which were dog free, which meant we didnt have to worry about bothering people by bringing our canine companion with us. We loved the dog friendly games room where we could relax with our dog and meet other dogs and dog owners. The gardens were glorious, I loved the flower beds. Plenty of parking which was very useful and a nice little beach nearby for the dog to explore. And really enjoyed the gorgeous dinner with the harpist. Highly recommend staying here and checking out Roundstone and Dogs Bay.
