Très familiale pas vraiment pour le repos

J’ai passé un bon séjour. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Très bonne ambiance dans l´hotel et une equipe d´animation au top. Hotel très propre, belle picine et près de la plage. Le personnel à la réception n´est pas très acceuillant. Les buffets sont pas très variés mais il y a le choix quand même.

Points positifs: Hôtel très bien équipé avec une équipe d’animation d’enfer et ultra sympathique!!!!! piscine très agréable, parc aquatique idéal pour s’amuser, propreté impeccable, SPA correct niveau tarif. Chambre confortable, spacieuse et calme. Points négatifs: LE RESTAURANT 😱 celui ci ne propose que très peu de plat et assez redondant. Le service de boisson à volonté quasiment toujours vide ou en panne ou en rupture ( cela concerne les sodas et la tireuse à bière ) le distributeur d’eau ne donne pas d’eau fraîche. Les serveurs pas du tout à l’écoute et certain pas poli voir désagréable. LA BOUTIQUE DANS L’HÔTEL, les vendeurs sont agressive voir méchant et pratique des prix alluscinants et abusifs. Surtout À FUIR.

Accueil plus que moyen de la part de la réception , chambre à moitié nettoyée, infrastructure vieillissante.

We went for it because of 10/10 rating. We had to wait for long time to check in and when we had the key we had to find the room ourself without any help. Put our valubles in the safe including our money after we locked the safe we couldnt open it again so contacted the disk to inform them as we need to get our money they said you have to wait till the day after so we couldnt buy nothing or put deposite for the towels to swim. Horrible service never go there again. Phoned hotel com proised to help and regitered the complaint and zero result

V tomto resortu jsme ještě stále ubytování. Jsme tu 4 dny a ještě dalších 6 nás tu čeká. Prvotní dojmy, ačkoliv Djerbu známé z předešlých návštěv, jsou různorodé. Jídelna: výběr jídel je asi dostačující, nicméně z fotek a recenzi jsme čekali více, chybí základní prvky stolování, stále chybí sklenice, k dispozici chybí dezertni lžičky nebo vidličky. Bazén: zde se da vytknout snad jen nedostatek slunečníků, je jich cca 40 na 300 lehátek. Pokoj: uspokojující, ale úklid vázne, dva dny nedoplneny toaletní papiry, nikdo nevynáší koše. Bary včetně bazénového, tady chybí více nabidky, pouze voda, strojové limonády, když chci něco namíchat, neví ani jak to udělat. Bar s jídelnou na pláži katastrofa. Co se týče dopoledních a odpoledních snacku, tak to je také děs. Převážně zbytky od snídaně, pro děti neznají ani zmzlinu nebo nanuk. Z pohledu návštěv Tuniskych hotelu ja tato zatím nejhorší. / We are still staying at this resort. We have been here for 4 days and another 6 are waiting for us here. Initial impressions, although familiar with Djerbu from previous visits, are mixed. Dining room: the selection of food is probably sufficient, but we expected more from the photos and the review, the basic elements of dining are missing, glasses are still missing, there are no dessert spoons or forks available. Pool: the only thing that can be criticized here is the lack of umbrellas, there are about 40 of them out of 300 sunbeds. Room: satisfactory, but cleaning is slow, toilet paper has not been replenished for two days, no one takes out the trash. Bars including the pool bar, there's not much on offer here, only water, machine sodas, when I want to mix something, he doesn't even know how to do it. A bar with a dining room on the beach disaster. As for morning and afternoon snacks, that's also terrible. Mostly leftovers from breakfast, for children they don't even know frosting or popsicles. From the point of view of visits to Tunisian hotels, this one is the worst so far.
