The room is conjusted, and the toilet has no locks. Room service is poor and old hotel.

Nothing, worst hotel I’ve been too. It’s not clean, there is literally gecko/lizzard poo everywhere in your room. It’s says it’s new renovated! NOTHING is renovated or new about this place, it’s old, moldy, the WiFi doesn’t work, if you ask for help there is no help to get. At some point I asked for the manager because I was so pissed about the WiFi that didn’t work, and the staff was like sorry the owner is in KL and there is only normal staff here, who basically know nothing and can’t help you!!

Hot water in the bathroom. Stuff was friendly and helping us with our requests. Private bathroom is a big advantage.

Street can be noisy so try to get the room with the window on the other side.

Sorry to say, the facilities here are average (but my room’s shower heater was not working) and I planned on giving a good review for this hotel. But due to an extremely unacceptable incident that occurred on the last night of our stay, I decided to give this bad review to prevent others from facing the same incident as I did. I booked 2 rooms, 1 for me and 1 for my friend (a woman). Everything was fine until the last night. We just returned from dinner and were heading to each other’s rooms. As my female friend open the door of her room, she had the shock of her life. There was a random man taking a shower in her room. All her personal belongings was in the room and there was this random man in there. And that man had used her toothbrush, her toothpaste and her soap. When my friend went to the reception, they said it was mixed up. That guy check in today and they “accidentally” gave the wrong room key to him. HOW COULD MIXED UP SUCH A THING? ITS UTTERY NONSENSE. YOU JUST GIVE THE SPARE KEY TO THAT PERSON? DON’T YOU CHECK THE ROOMS FIRST BEFORE LETTING A NEW CUSTOMER IN? And later the only solution they provided was for my friend to pack her stuff and move to a new room. Their reasoning was that, the man was not mentally sane. THIS FACT MADE ME EVEN MORE FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY ABOUT THIS INCIDENT. They just let a man that was not mentally sane into my female friend’s room. What if he did something bad to her? Absolute nonsense from the management of this hotel. Yes, they did provide new toothbrush, toothpaste and soap to my friend. But I really cannot accept the fact that such blunder could happen. I’m very utterly disappointed was this hotel.
