This was really the least expensive of the three hotels in the close vicinity. It was really a nice hotel. The rooms were new and clean and well decorated. Not only do they have a good breakfast, but they actually had tables and spaces to sit and work in the dining area.

Breakfast was surprisingly tasty, room was very clean, staff were great! Great nights rest!!

Only thing that was an unexpected was the 250$ cleaning deposit that was due at check in, wasn't an issue for us, but can see how it may impact other travelers if not knowing that instead of 250 from a room for the evening, it's closer to 500, and of course the 250 gets returned to your account if you don't tear your room apart, but depending on your bank could be out that 250 for a few business days
