Location and ability to use iron. Sraff were good.

Cleanliness in general was good, howevee. Inner doors and bath panel dirty. Hotel noisy as function was going on. Well used a maybe a little dated.

The place is extremely clean and modern, I need to add the duty manager that seems to work when I stay over us 1st class and customer service from him and his colleagues are exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The spacious feel, Martha on reception was great as was the barman remembering what drinks you ordered

Friendly staff Good food Board game cafe

Some of the minor details like the sealant looked like it needed replacing. There was a table too close to the bed and easy to walk into when you go to the loo in the night.

Pleasant stay in well appointed, comfortable room. Friendly staff and excellent cooked breakfast.

Heating left on full in 27° heatwave! Fortunately we were able to turn off and get air con working.
