Scottish Inn Whippany

The window of the balcony didn't completely close and there was a drift of cold air. The cleaning lady was having a nap on the bed when we arrived. there were not enough towels for the three of us. the coverall had cigarettes holes.

Omg, first we placed in the back, must be where the BLACK people are sent. Room was DISGUSTING. Next room 1st building with the white people. Never slept all night. Tenants above making noise. Called front desk he told me call 911 they dont listen to him. Found at least 5 roaches in room.

I had to wait at the front desk for 40 min because nobody was there to check me in, the room have roaches, the bathroom was broken and dirty, cracks on the walls and ceiling.

You need to have some thick skin to stay here. Of course you wonder, how bad can it be? I have slept in some questionable locations and I’ll say that I would have preferred sleeping under my tailgate than here. The photos online are very misleading. It is cheap, but not cheap enough to endure the smell, cleanliness and cigarette burned duvet covers. It’s unfortunate as there is potential here to be a budget, but clean motel. I hope the owners can turn this property around, or sell it to someone who can.

The hotel was locked and looked abandoned, it was 100% the right building. I wasnt able to get in so I had to book another hotel on the spot and couldn't even get a refund.

Air wouldn't work. Found a coch roach in the towel. Place was not in a safe place.

Absolutely nothing

I booked a double bed room, got a VERY DIRTY single bed room. Staff was very unfriendly. How do I get my money back??? Never had an experience this bad….
