The bed was comfy and that’s it

I booked two rooms one for me and one for my dad and both rooms were very dirty and tv didn’t work In more detail There was severe mould in my dad room window and the window vents were full of dust also the cups were dirty in his room. Also out light switch in our room was broken and both tvs didn’t work and I mentioned it to staff and was told maintenance will come and sort it , we went out for a meal and then we expected it to be fixed when we got back quite late and arrived back and both tvs didn’t work still and still faulty Also all night the door were banging and with a little one it wasn’t great Very poor didn’t enjoy the stay and definitely won’t be staying here again and after a 3 hour drive there to stay it was not worth it

Location, modern and functional

There were major works to the outside of the property that would have been good to have been aware of when booking. Due to the works the TV reception didn’t work during my stay.

Mostly the staff not really friendly seems more like they don’t wanna talk to you and the ones that I did end up speaking to it was OK

Food and rooms were lovely.

The water wasn't very hot so just had to have a quick shower. Would have loved a bath.
