La stanza è molto bella ed elegante e la pozione della struttura è abbastanza centrale.

Non sono disponibili bagnoschiuma e shampo.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and well located. What was strange was that there was no soap in the shower and toilet(!) According to the reception staff, it has been like this for a long time. They told the owner but he doesn't order. This is not expected from a 4 star hotel and it's a shame that the rating was lowered for pennies. The reception staff were kind and helpful.

I like everything about the property! (But I didn’t like Tulum Pueblo. It’s a long and ugly street. There is nothing cute about it)

The place was very clean, the interior design was nice and pleasant, and the staff were all very friendly. Overall, it made my stay comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely consider coming back.

The only thing that really surprised me was the lack of basic toiletries. There was no hand soap, shampoo, or anything at all. After arriving and using the toilet, I couldn’t even wash my hands, which was very inconvenient. I’ve stayed in many hotels before, and this was the first time I experienced something like that.
